Hmmm, I wonder the same thing, I have two free lines, both time, TMobile actually sent me email to let me know that I can have free line and I accept it. I just check all over and do not see this anywhere.

I called into T Mo as suggested - should have predicted this - it's obviously for people on current plans only - I'm on a grandfathered plan where I get all the goodies except I think NetFlix for $112 for 3 lines, and poss $30 less if all three lines use

Didn’t work for me. Old plan 3 lines unlimited $100 w CC on file discount etc. but hey I asked. Thanks for posting

I message and the rep said I don’t qualify I’m on magenta military with 6 lines. Reddit users are saying military plans are not eligible which is rude.

I have the old One plus plan. I used the T-Mobile app chat to ask about this promotion, and they gave me the free line.
That's free line number 5 now. Looks like I'm with T-Mobile for life.
