The item shows the price for a single battery with the option for the two batteries highlighted. If you click on the two battery option, then the price changes to $132. So, it is likely that you will receive a single battery instead of the two for that price.

I too, see two batts listed for $59. Not their most powerful drill (but not their weakest either at 500 in-lbs.. but that spec requires a 9Ah battery to achieve) but for basic drill duty, a good price even without the bit set.
