This seems insane. You only get the steel frame, and you are supposed to pour the slab and connect the utilities, then of course to buy all sorts of panels and fittings, By the time you are done you are looking at well over 100 grand total cost, for a tiny house with no garage or basement, which is likely costly to keep warm in winter if you choose to use it in the cold season. Just the utilities will cost you a ton, if you even manage to get permits for this shack. Just... wow. How can a truckload of steel studs run $43k?
Actually, there are mobile home sites (Clayton) advertising homes as low as $49,999 right now... (Crazy since I bought a loaded 14x80 in '98 for under $33k)
