Seller has great reselleratings reviews and apparently good customer service. I tried the deal and promptly received the keys. I registered the Office key with no problem at all. Went back for two more sets; am saving these for other home PCs I'm working on just now. Was a bit suspicious, but had no problems at all.
Got it for my brother's new build. He installed it last night and had no issues with both Windows and Office. I got two separate emails, one for each key.
Hey guys this site will make fraudulent charges to your credit card. I received a text message from Citi when I was purchasing a copy of Windows 10 (at a price too good to be true). The text was concerning but I selected "1" to move forward.
The same day someone used my card to attempt a 900 dollar purchase at Best Buy.

I also received multiple emails in response to my order for two sets: first a couple regarding the order and processing payment (apparently by an independent processing service - I do not believe that Gamesdeal itself even receives the card number). Then two emails: one for the two Office keys and one for the two Windows keys. All were received within a few minutes, though not immediately. (I was previously using Libre Office, excellent and free; I personally believe that MS would pay individuals to use their products instead, could they do so without antitrust problems. They like people to stay most familiar with using their products - and minimally familiar with competitors- and make their money on enterprise sales.)
Paypal wouldn't authorize this purchase when it did authorize at other places. I'm thinking Paypal blacklisted this Gamesdeal because they're unscrupulous.
If Paypal's blacklisted them, it must be a new thing. I paid with Paypal balance, didn't have any issues. A week after install, brother hasn't complained of any issues either.
I did use Paypal balance to avoid using my credit card. There was a 4% fee, which essentially cancelled out the code.
EDIT: not vouching for them, just sharing my experience
I used the GamesDeal site to purchase Office for ~ $25 via Paypal. Everything went fine and I got something MS charges $399 for $25! Interesting note: I was watching "the Nineties" documentary on CNN and there was a comment that MS was charging hundreds of dollars for office that cost 15¢ to manufacture back in the 90's, but I believe that ignores the development costs.
