just received this last wknd. this is a replacement for an older BT JBL speaker of similar kind. Construction is solid. I am skeptical about 10 hr batt life. it's a micro SD not regular SD., and i feel like that's a bit late to the game. Can't say it sounds better than my older one, but it's a good replacement
