From the article linked by zstoney98: "The thermostats have “Emerson” printed on the front and a date code from 1416 to 1536 on the back. The date code represents the manufacture date from the 16th week of 2014 through the 36th week of 2015."
(and just about any other retailer) no longer sells the recalled models. I know this because I bought the "Emerson" printed model in 2015 and in my order history, the link to the product goes to a "dead" page (one of the dogs, with the page not found message). The newer models being sold have the "Sensi" logo on the front.

Please do your research before purchasing. This model has been recalled due to being a potential fire hazard. https://www.wptv.com/money/consumer/about-135-000-emerson-branded-thermostats-recalled-due-to-fire-hazard
The recall involves older models, only if you connect to the "C" wire from your furnace, and the fix is simply bending a connector pin.
