Thanks! Home Depot also offers an Express Delivery for $9 to a completely different region. Not sure how it works, but it's technically possible to find a store with a low price and specify a delivery in a different state.

It does come with a battery and charger. I bought one on Black Friday when it was the same price. And free shipping, so it comes out to the same price as HD or even cheaper if you don't pay sales tax.
