Prices on these have sure gone up. I speculated that would happen and bought the 1TB in Jan. for $59, wouldn't surprise me if they never drop that low again, since SATA production rate is bound to be dropping in favor of M.2
Well, if flash density rises again, something something vertical chips tech, I could see price:capacity drop again, but probably with even more of a write cycle drop as a result... tho' for M.2, too.
