Not bad if you just need a cheap light duty drill. You can go cheaper with the $20 special at Harbor Freight but the build quality is lower and that's NiCd powered.
This Cman is a weak drill by modern standards but competent for small holes or screwdriver duty. Then again Black & Decker has one falling into the same use cases for $30 on sale and I don't know what will happen to the Craftsman cordless tool line (dwindling replacement battery source would be 3rd party generic packs) once Sears goes bankrupt. Ironic considering Sears sold the Craftsman name to Stanley (Black & Decker).

If Winn-Dixie can make it, anybody can.

^ Real time food, with spoilage and inspection at point of purchase, might be different than a showroom based B&M trying to compete with on non-perishable goods.
Sears has Home Depot and Lowes to compete with on the hardware front, with the Ridgid and Ryobi cordles drill lines also built by TTI and extremely similar. Unfortunately all but Ryobi decided to switch to a proprietary battery pack interface, used to be that CMan packs fit in Ryobi and vice versa if you just trimmed a little plastic key tab off.
