^ At low price points, harder grades of stainless are not rust-proof. I'd rather that than the buttermetal grades that barely take an edge and can't keep it for long.
Don't leave it exposed to acidic foods for long and promptly dry after hand washing, or pay a lot more for a combination of blade hardness and rust resistance both.
