Saw this yesterday and grabbed it. Been wanting to read this for a while, but not at full retail. I didn't realize it was a limited sale or worth reporting, but I've heard good things about the book.

I have DVRed as many of his programs as I can get.
The programs show a great deal of technique in addition to the recipe.
In fact I consider the technique to be far more important then the recipe.

Does the eBook include technique?
