After making 3x $35 purchases, the Reward will be added to the Eligible Participant's Valid Account within approximately 5-7 business days after verification of Eligible Purchases but may be available sooner.

"Rewards are only available to the first 130,000 Eligible Participants to successfully redeem the Reward and will no longer be awarded once the limit is reached, as determined by PayPal in its sole discretion." I guess that means you have to spend $35 x 3 and you're one of the first 130K. Sounds iffy.
It would have been great if you did the first day but overall it looks like it's great for PayPal for all those people who spend for the cashback but don't qualify. Good job PayPal for your marketing. Bad for everyone else they suckered into a deal which they won't get.
Confirmed: Got this to work after 3 online purchases at Took about 3 days and then the cashback appeared in PayPal. No email or other notice letting me know.
