^ You might be right about there being better values out there for people who need more CPU performance, but I'm doubting that merely running Windows or loading webpages (besides those with automatically-playing videos) will have much difference, are things more constrained by SSD performance and your broadband speed.
However, while I don't know which OS have driver support for the hardware in this (woot only lists win10/11 but that doesn't necessarily mean those are the only options), it doesn't come with Win10 so you aren't necessarily needing to think in terms of as bloated an OS as Microsoft can deliver. ;) It seems better suited to light uses, not your powerhouse main production desktop. Kitchen and garage duty come to mind.
