My advice is to spend more on USB-C cables and buy ones which can do a lot of power, high-speed transmission (10-40 gbps), and video (4k or 8k).

USB-C cables are mechanically identically, but electrically very different. There are few things as annoying as debugging your monitor or your phone isn't charging because you grabbed the wrong cable.

Also, make sure they are labeled. Debugging is impossible if all your cables are just black, white, or gray.

What's really needed is a cheap cable tester. You plug in a cable, and it tells you what it supports.

This cable is limited to 480mbps, or about 1% of the speed of a 40gbps cable. It will work fine for charging, but for me, that's a no-buy. I don't need more useless cables.

^ I suppose our needs are different, but I buy higher wattage rated cables just to charge things, accepting that they may not have all the data conductors to achieve more than USB2 speeds, in order to cut down on the bulk, and price, of the cable.

If on the other hand I need something for data transmission, I don't care as much if it has the lower gauge power conductor wires, again to cut down on bulk and price.

One cable I have that is nice, has a tiny integrated LCD display in the connector that shows the delivered wattage... got it on Aliexpress for around $2. I don't mind that it's only 100W, don't charge things that need more.

There are other listings on AE for same thing at lower price, I just linked the listing I found it on at $1.79 previously. IDK if I've ever tried to transfer data with it.
