^ Nobody ever said I was normal, but I don't mind spam a couple times a year, but do think it is far too salty, even the reduced sodium version is pretty salty.
Slice it thin, pan fry, to make a sammich with home grown tomato, lettuce, mayo and hot sauce. It's a trade-off, somewhat similar to a BLT, but less bacony yet more protein.
A 12 pk would be too much for my consumption rate.
