I have this system and it's decent for the money. That's because you'd be hard pressed to build an i5-9400/GTX1660ti for that. What it is not is expandable. There is only one PCIe x 1 slot open and no open drive cages. What I was able to upgrade is the RAM. I replaced the 8GB SIMM with two 16GB SIMMS for a total of 32GB for $120. It will do what I need it to do for 3-4 years and then I'll upgrade again.
Update. I found 2 of these at my local WM and bought both. They have a 400W PSU and Gigabit Ethernet for those curious. Slow NVME though. SK Hynix BC501 HFM256GDJTNG-8310A (1600/800) Legit deal though.
