I got a linux vm guest from liteserver.nl for about $12/year. You get 100GB storage, and 2TB traffic per month. I set up OpenVPN and owncloud on it. You can also deploy it in a pretty anonymous fashion by using fake names and bitcoin. If you provision it and only ever access it through TOR, then it's a pretty secure solution for offenses that don't rise above the level of a misdemeanor offense. ;-^>
