I'm still waiting for my orders which were placed on 12/19 and which were supposed to be delivered on 12/24.
After spending hours on the phone on New years Eve with their customer service reps, I finally go this email yesterday:
Dear customer,
This email is regarding your order #XXXXXXXXX
Due to higher than expected demand, your order is currently delayed. Samsung will continue to work to get your order to you as soon as possible and expect your order will ship by February 8, 2019. Once our shipper has the package, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.
We appreciate your patience. Samsung will get it to you as soon as possible. It will be worth the wait, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.
