Don't waste your time on this. The item has long been sold out but they make you go through the entire check out process until the very last step to tell you so. What a waste of time.

This site use a low price to lure you to give out all your information: name, address, credit card ... and then “out of stock” after you click the place order button. A suspicious website. Might be a scammer. Otherwise they should have let you know it’s out of stock at the first place. If they did it that way then they won’t be able to collect your information. Very suspicious! Beware!!

I tried to call the number provided on the website and was transferred to a call center in Philippine. The rep who took the phone had very strong accent and very hard to understand. I requested to talk to their manager and she kept asking my name. Only agree to transfer after I gave out my name. Then I was put on a long silent hold. Then told me the manager is not available. I requested the way to talk to the person in the US. Then was put on hold forever! I checked on the internet about the reviews about this company and I was shocked. Horrible!! Full of complaints about ad scams exactly like this one - advertise with a item they do not have at a very low price and collect your information. Horrible customer services. Keep away from them!

Lord and taylor itself has been legit retailer. However probably very sheddy etailer. Looks like another example of soon-to-be closed retailer. L&t could get sued for this kind of practice.

There are a lot of nice pressure cookers out there like Insta-Pot. Why should I care about this. Induction is nice but you pay a big premium for it and it doesn't actually cook any better. Also sill questions about the heath risks of EMF radiation.
