The double 4.0Ah batteries came in a sealed package but the 6.0Ah battery does not. This makes me wonder about the 6.0Ah

Note these are the brushless versions of the three included tools. Not their top of the line but pretty good.

I have some of the lower end stuff that I have beat mercilessly and everything has held up well. One item had a manufacturing defect (battery connector was bent, causing it to break) and my recip saw got debris or water (cutting not-completely-drained copper water lines) in it and stopped working. They come with a 3 year warranty so both have been replaced...no questions asked but it takes 2-3 weeks. Overall I'm really happy.

If you're in the market for some cordless tools for around the house, Ryobi is the brand to get. I have one of these kits and it's been great for basic home repairs / projects over the past 2 years. No regrets.
