$49 $100
Price varies by zip code, YMMV. Lowe's has the Black+Decker EASYFEED 20V 12" Cordless String Trimmer/Edger w/ 2 Batteries (LSTE525) for $49 with free in-store pickup only. Add to cart to see discounted price. Add a small item to reach $50 and use this $10 off $50 coupon (select unique code*, YMMV). Note: the price varies by specific store so manually check all locations near you.

This isn’t bad for small jobs. Battery will last for a 1000 sqft yard. Not super strong but gets the job done. In heindsight I would have gotten something stronger. They had this with a 3ah battery before. Now you get TWO... 1.5’s. Tricky tricky.

Got this because of price and the easyfeed and now my LST300 is a backup. Has less power it seems, but the battery lasts much longer than my lst300. I have about 1k square feet and normally go through my 2amp and 1.5 amp battery, but with this model only needed the 2 amp. Seems to have save on line, instead of weed whacking dirt too when edging, which has the lst300 going through line crazy, this model does grass/weeds. Cleanup is now grass/weeds minus dirt.

Great deal for this price.

I have an easy feed one too. They are terrible, more like POS feed.

I primarily use this to edge my yard. As long as you are not trying to restore a horribly-neglected edge (requiring a dedicated edger with a blade), I find it plenty powerful to create and maintain a good deep trough next to the concrete. The auto line feed works great and it doesn't seem to waste line either. I am only doing 100' or so each time, but my 2 ah battery lasts multiple sessions.
