It looks like the app that you use to set up multi-room (with multiple speakers) is iOS only.

At "checkout", look at the 2 big green buttons (rectangles) towards the bottom.
The one on the left is for the ship to home. The one on the right is for the pick up at a local store.

I got the same email. So I called and complained about the wording of the email and she found 53 of them in Miami. Gave me free shipping. $32 for 2 delivered on Thursday

I read about 20 reviews for this speaker and 10 of them said they were returning it to the store. App problems, difficult to use and many claimed the speaker was already open when it had arrived.
