I suspect these sellers are actually taking a hit on the price. The 15% site-wide codes almost certainly come out of 's end, not the seller's.

I used one of these codes the other day to purchase a 100' 12/3 drop cord with lighted ends... It should have been $76.99, but the seller accidentally had it at $34.99... Then with my 20% off, I got it for $27.99 including free shipping... Now that was a great deal!!! And the seller honored the price (but they fixed it almost immediately...)

Because it's easier for to tell 200 sellers to temporarily raise their prices 20% than all of them.
