I used to eat Taco Bell quite often and was always getting sick very quickly. Have not touched fast food in years, lost a lot of weight, cholesterol way down and I have tons of energy. Something about fast food is killing us slowly.
Food freaks always make me wonder, as if they can't eat anything...
I'd consider this a great deal, except that I love tacos so much that I buy shells, worked out a taco meat recipe I like, so not worth the bother to drive to get them vs just making at home, but pre-covid I could definitely appreciate stopping there for a taco on the way home.

So you are aware of some known carcinogens in Taco Bell tacos? I'm sure they, and the rest of the world would like to know about this, but I kinda doubt it.
It is true that a high sodium diet is bad for you, but their tacos are not particularly high in sodium compared to many other restaurants' fast food choices, including their own burritos.

What makes you think that? The walls at some public restrooms would suggest otherwise. It's the only plausible explanation... or I don't want to think about alternatives, or something, lol.
