These types of hoses are terrible. The inner hose is narrower than a conventional hose. Also, if you use it for a sprinkler and stretch the hose, it’ll retract back to a shorter length. I tried these and do not recommend!

Great concept, but application should be limited to light-duty watering. Even then, if you read reviews, you'll find that others reported that these hoses leak along the length of the body. In contrast, I've had a heavy-duty all-weather rubber hose that has been left outside year-round for many years and never showed any signs of issues with leaks or material breakdown.
