Looks like some Chinese factory is making these and they are being sold under various no-name brands. I have a "Phisco" brand one that looks identical. Except for being made from seemingly cheaper grade plastics, this shaver is better than the equivalent Norelco shavers in every way. Replacement blades are also cheap. I have owned three Norelco shavers. The USB charging feature on this one is great for travel, instead of having to carry yet another wall wart.
