2 months after this sale, I'm kicking myself for not getting one. Just watched some videos about this thing and it appeared to do a surprisingly good job, and in one case, the warrantee/customer service was super helpful. Ah well. My SnowJoe electric snowblower isn't perfect but it's been great for my needs for about 3 years now and was a great price. NEXT time, SunJoe!
