BitWarden's free version is very easy to use and has 99% of the features people need. Keepass is also free, but requires a good bit of know-how to get it all working as well as Bitwarden. If you're willing to put in the time and effort, Keepass is more secure than the others.
KeePass is great.... One of the best. On android, KeePassDX is quite good as well. Any database you create on a PC can be read by DX as well and allows fingerprint verification

Yep - KeyPass has lots of variants (I use DX on android, and XC on Mac) combined with OneDrive (or dropbox or whatever) is a free everywhere no 3rd party solution.
