Went on to see what their price points were and came across the following, which has some quirks but this $8 price is 1/3 of what it sells for everywhere else (making me wonder if it's even legit but the seller's few (51) ratings so far are 100% positive):
It should be noted that it has poor battery life, you'd probably want to use low self discharge NiMH cells or lithium primaries. I wouldn't want it as my only meter, nor at its regular price, but as a novelty for $8...
Also saw an Aneng AN8008 which Dave/EEVblog compared against in the first video link above, cheapest I've seen it at $11 delivered and probably the best deal of the three:
