I have a similar small tablesaw purchased on BF for $69 a couple of years ago. It served me well at the time but ultimately has been relegated to the shed for times when I need to throw a lightweight, light duty TS in the trunk.
This is basically an inexpensive circular saw attached to the table with a rip fence that is difficult to keep aligned to the blade. At $100, it's not a complete waste of money for infrequent use, but if it will get regular use, do yourself a favor and spend more money. A better job site saw with a good fence (like the Dewalt) if you need to transport the saw or have limited room. For a garage with plenty of space and no need to transport the saw, consider something like the Delta shop saw at Lowe's for about $500.
