That's a pretty small build volume for what it costs. Does have dual nozzles, but only a single extruder (meaning you have to pause printing in order to switch your filament over to use the other nozzle.) Not very practical. Suggest you shop around, and there's plenty of better choices in that price range (any of the Monoprice printers, smaller build volume Creality machines, Anycubic i3 Mega, come to mind. -- single extruder, single nozzle machines, but ultimately more useful with bigger build volumes.)
