Wow, GREAT deal... too bad I already joined recently with this same exact plan. It did take them 2 weeks to port my mobile number over... I questioned their customer service & technician knowledgeability, stressing out those 2 weeks without access to my phone number. Apparently, this is a known issue found on Reddit & other forums. Good luck!

I’ve ported a few numbers over to Mint so far, and all went smoothly. The last one I did happened almost immediately (just a matter of minutes).
