Not sure why they call this a stabilizer, as synthetic oil is not inherently unstable vs traditional reasons to use a stabilizer like ethanol blend gas.

Appears to just increase viscosity which could quiet an engine and/or reduce loss, or you could just jump up a viscosity grade or two the next time you change the oil.
