The CPU in this system is 6 years old. I wouldn't want to use this as a primary. Maybe a file server.

^ ?? Obviously these tiny desktops aren't meant for gaming, so for the average buyer, an i5 let alone i7 is plenty for them to do office, email, facebook, youtube, etc.

If not doing media transcoding, a home fileserver wouldn't need 1/10th this performance unless using 10Gb LAN, and maybe not even then.
