    A 3rd-tier name (celeron/i3/i5) with under 2.0ghz base clock? This is happening so often that I don't even consider an Intel machine of any caliber unless it's a screaming deal for the other specs in the build.

    In contrast, AMD doesn't have a single mobile Ryzen, even Ryzen 3, under 2.0ghz base: https://www.amd.com/en/products/ryzen-processors-laptop.

    you can connect two monitors. you'll need to use the display port and a usb to vga (or whatever your monitor takes) adapter

    Just got mine and I have to say that it is awesome for the $. (depending on use case) It comes with a USB-C to HDMI adapter so you can do dual-screens. The SSD in mine is top-notch too (a Samsung PM981a) 3000MBs+ Read / 2700MBs+ Write!
