I just bought and returned this Chromebook. The YouTube and Camera apps didn't work and Lenovo's customer support group wasn't available by phone. The online support request pages didn't work (a required field wouldn't allow any input). After trying many phone tree paths, I finally reached a support person who advised me that this problem required a "Level 2" support tech. This was available for $19.95 per month or only $39.95 to address a single problem. The only part of the Lenovo organization that worked smoothly was the request for a return. Though I haven't received my refund yet
