I just went and picked up one of these this morning. Here's the good: Fastest CPU I've ever benchmarked. (21390 Passmark CPU score out of the box!)
It has PCIe 4, maybe will take a PCIe 4 NVMe SSD. I swapped the RAM for 2 8GB 3200MHz modules and Boom! 25016 CPU and 2882 3D Mark on Passmark! That is about equivalent to an Nvidia 1030GT. Not bad for integrated graphics.
Here's the Bad: Slow x2 NVMe SSD (~1500 Read&Write), AC WiFi instead of AX (WiFi 6), No USB 3.2 Gen2. You are stuck with 5Gbps USB 3.1. Only 1 PCI/e x1 slot besides the x16 slot for a graphics card (that the 180W PSU couldn't support anyway)
Conclusion: HP neuters the PC by putting 1 16GB RAM module in it. With some upgrades, you can have a super-fast work PC that can play old games.

Thank you!
