this looks like a fan that will be more like an air filter. So you will end up with a dirty circle on you ceiling. Normal ceiling fans require cleaning. This looks like a nightmare.

I'm sure it is more work to clean but with it not being reversible, probably blows down so no dirty circle on the ceiling.
