So mine was just delivered today and I must say, I think its kind of crappy. It's really heavy and just doesn't seem like it's worth more than about $15. It does lock when fully extended and I suppose this is a plus. If I had seen the ladder in the store before purchasing, I would have really paused before pulling the trigger
