    FHD and 16g RAM at this price is tempting, but be sure to read the linked caveat about EVOO - they have a pretty bad reputation WRT cheaper laptops, and a history of problems with linux compatibility (if you're into that sort of thing).

    Lowest I would go is Asus. Wouldn't trust warranty or even quality parts from this. And who would have thought Gateway is still around after the 90's?
