I've never had an issue one when getting a rebate from It's sometimes taken 3-4 months to actually get the rebate, but aside from that, all has gone well. I've picked up quite a number from BB.
I also have submitted over a dozen rebates within the past few years with without a single problem. I think even the one time I did make a mistake, it was definitely my mistake and they gave me an extension to remedy the issue.
