I read a few reviews of this "machine", it seems insanely slow. Hence, no reason to buy it.

If you get tired of developing, you could probably hook up a USB hub and a few external HDDs to make it a NAS. Wait, it may only have 100Mb network adapter but does have wifi 5. Mini review:
