I bought one and the gold ring around the "open heart" had dislodged in shipping and got caught up in the hour and minute hands. I sent it back, but it took weeks to get my money back. It was a frustrating experience to say the least. I say this one is to be avoided (unless you want them to ship you the one I returned).
