I'm holding out until 1st Qtr 2019. Dremel has a new tool coming out called the Dremel Dermal, and it will be great for body modification as well as small jobs around the house. It'll be more $$ than this model and smaller in size, but it'll have plenty if power for drilling holes in your skull for spikes or horns or whatnot.
