They tend to replenish their refurb inventory every few weeks and prices remain fixed. Bookmark their
eBay
store and check up on it every now and then. Note that these are vendor-refurbished and come with 2 year warranty.

Having said that, this is the oldest model, superseded by Mini SE and Mini 2 (4K camera) and DJI is expected to release Mini 3 early next year...
