The link appears to be broken. This is a bargain at this price. Just add an OS (linux or a cheap copy of Windows) and you have a decent machine. A couple of caveats are: no NVMe, expensive proprietary RAM.

You wouldn't want an NVMe on a server. Just go with cheap 1TB SSD's in a RAID.

SW in the past the Dell ram could be removed and just go with cheap non-Ecc ddr3 ram. Can’t this be done now ?
