If you want to grind your coffee well you must get a "burr" style grinder.

Not only Burr but a conical Burr, like an overgrown pepper mill. There are flat Burr mills. Not the same, not as good.. If its cheap its not going to be a good conical Burr mill. They crush the beans and do a better job on consistent particle size not chop them up like a blender as this one does.
