Most establishments accept scanned and emailed docs these days so no need for fax.

Do not buy these cheap printers. The ink prices for them are insane. Look for canon printers where the ink is $14-15 dollars to replace. You pay a little more for the printer but ends up being cheaper with the ink by the lifetime of the printer.
