I got a pair. They're not bad at the price. The magnets do not stick together well, but should stay on unless you're doing rigorous physical activity. They're supposed to have some sort of active noise cancelling technology by qualcom, but it's hard to tell if it's working. The active noise cancelling I've used on other headphones showed obvious benefits in cutting out background noise. These do not. They come with three sized earbud cups, and the rubber loop thingies to keep them from falling out of your ear. Again, they won't stay in your ear if you're jumping around, but should be fine for steady running and usual moving around. Overall, the sound quality is pretty good.
Despite fake reviews, I'd say they're well worth $10 if you're looking for a cheap but decent set of buds.
EDIT: They include a nice semi-rigid zippered carrying case that also holds the extra ear buds and rubber loops.
