No, needing to pay $200 and while working a $30 rebate let these rot on the shelf. Your better off just getting this for XFX RX 580 GTS XXX Edition 1386MHz OC+ for $188 w/FS and No Hoops!
Though this isn't to say if you want an Nvidia card for this price range you aren't better off with a GTX 1660 for $220 even against a RX 580 that's 17% more money then hardly a 15% performance improvement.
